keyboard shortcut to jump between sequences loaded in source monitor

Hi all i currently have 4 sequences loaded in my source monitor that im editing from, is there a keyboard shortcut that would allow me to jump between the sequences rather than having to use my mouse every time?

If you press the "Shift" and the "2" keys it selects your Source Monitor. Then if you keep pressing Shift+2 it will cycle through what you have loaded if you have multiple clips/sequences. Just hold down the shift key and start pressing the 2 key basically.
