LOW-LEVEL EXCEPTION OCCURRED IN IMPORTER MXF IMPORTER 46

OS X 10.10.5, Mac pro 2013/  6,1, / 6 core/ 32 gig ram,

using Premiere 2017.0.2. 11.0.2 (47) Build tanq

I get the Low level error on one timeline out of 7.  I get it when I switch timelines to that one timeline and when i scrub in that timeline.

LOW-LEVEL EXCEPTION OCCURRED IN IMPORTER MXF IMPORTER 46 What is it What does it mean???

Also, the other day i imported a video file in another project and the video started with a red frame and there was no audio. got the same error, so i created a new project file and imported the file and there was no issue.

Is this a bug or Could it be the Sd cards I'm using? or a Hard drive issue?

need to know ASAP, shooting a wedding april 1st

Hi Community,

Anyone experiencing this issue should transcode the footage to something like ProRes LT. Issues like this should subside after transcoding.

Thanks,
Kevin
