Lower thrids not working on windows

Hi there,

I'm always working with our lowerthirds and since a week he can not load the whole lower third. This issue is only visible in Windows, because my colleque hasn't had this issue with the same video and she is using Apple (iMac).

I've also reinstalled premiere pro, deleted al unnessasary files and exported the lowerthird form AE.
