Mark In not working in source window

PP 23..0.0 

MacOS Ventura 13.0.1

Go to select Mark In on both the keyboard shortcuts and in the window panel in my source window and an In mark is not placed. Only happens on some clips occasionally and randomly.

Once I restart PP it works again but problem keeps happening.
