Masking Tracker bug

Im having an issue with the automatic mask tracker in Premiere pro. It seems to get stuck at the end of the process and not finish, then if I cancel it there is no keyframes or data.

 

My specs

-Latest version of Premiere Pro

-4K footage in a 4k sequence with some Anamorphic De squeezing.

 

I have already check drivers and app versions, restarted the app and computer. There are no other effects on the clip.
