Mercury transmit stutters - Decklink Studio

Hello

I have a brand new build (13900K/Z790/192GB Ram, 990Pro NVMEs....) win 10 N.

I use a decklink Studio 4K to output on a Oled 55' and another 4K monitor.

The output has choppy issues (like a judder more than a stutter). I only play 1080P50.

Now, If I disable mercury transmit, than re-enable it. The problem is gone, only to reappear a few seconds later after a few scrubs.

All my drivers are up to date.

Any Idea ?

Thank you

I discovered something interesting.
See I have 3 PC screens and 1 oled monitor to which the decklink is attached to have a full screen client monitor.

My main screen 21/9 screen had the premiere GUI with every windows I need except for the program nscreen, which I have  undocked on my second screen. The windows is as big as I can but not quite in full screen (it seems impossible to redock to another screen fullscreen, which is not handy).

I discovered today that if I toggled it full screen (I changed the shortcut to &), then the playing was seamless on both of the decklink and second screen. The setback is that you cannot work on the program screen this way (to mask, to put a text etc...).

So I guess that there is a resolution/downscaling problem in the recent versions of premiere. Like if your monitor is not fullscreen at the same rtesolution everywhere you can, see it, it causes problems...

Interesting as I have just started getting this issue

I have 13900K on a Z690 using NVidia 2070 Super GPU Win 11 64 bit.

Two 4K monitors driven from the 2070. I noticed choppy /stuttered video and spent ages trying to debugh it - then disabled and re-enabled Merury Transmit and it went away.

Randomly it can appear again as you say a few seconds later.

A cold restart seems to cure it for a while then it comes back at random.

All drivers up to date.

Hello,

It seems to be the same behavior as yours, except that a cold restart doesn't solve anything for more than a few seconds.

All drivers up to date, though I use v23.5 for premiere. I tried 23.6 (same stuttery behavior), but I had a lot of stability issues with it 😕😕
