MME audio hardware not working in premiere pro

When i play the audio, i cant hear anything, even though the audio meter is fluctuating.

I have followed other peoples solutions to fix this. However none of them work for me, and one of the solutions is something i cant do. I tried to change the device class from mme to something else but i dont even have an any other options to select so i cant change it.

What can i do so i can hear the audio again?
