Mogrt freezes premiere pro v24.2

- The mogarts are located on a local folder,  to install them I just drag and dropped.

- Yes they cause issue in a new project

- The built-in mogarts seem to work fine

Apologies for the radio silence, the notification got buried. Please DM me the collected project and one of the mogrts you know freezes so I could try to reproduce the issue. Also please:

• Let me know where your problematic mogrts are located 

  (Local Templates Folder, an additional folder, a cloud location, or a library?)

• See if the mogrts cause the issue in a new project
• See if the built-in mogrts cause the same issue

Hi Theresa, no it was fine on the latest premiere v23. I tried re install It and downgrading the project from v24 to v23 but same issue. It freezes.

Could that be an issue with the MacOS? It was working just fine until I installed the update. However it doesn't seem like a common issue...

It's happening with all the custom Mogarts we have created ourselves. I haven't tried the built-in ones.

Sorry you're running into issues. Were you seeing this issue with on previous and/or beta versions of Premiere Pro?
Does this happen with all mogrts, or a specific one? Does it happen with the built-in mogrts as well?
