Multicam Program Monitor shows Black Screen

I'm trying to do a multicam edit in premiere pro cc 2018. I have yet found another bug in this release.

The monitor area in multicaming my video shows the clip clearly, however in the program monitor there's nothing there. All of my video tracks are on and visible in the nested sequence. What is going on here? There needs to be a fix asap because this is extremely frustrating when you're trying to make quick turn arounds.

My system can handle heavy editing, I have the latest OSX and maxed out RAM.
