Multicamera view in the program window shows only one of the two cameras

... how do I get the two cameras of the multicam clip displayed side by side?

I'm having the same problem. I have Multicam View enabled in the Program monitor and the sequence has multicam enabled.

In the Program Monitor Settings (wrench button in bottom left of Program Monitor), did you set Multi-Camera? (towards top of contextual menu options)

    Yes, multi camera is on at the wrench button and activated with the multi camera button turned blue. The program monitor shows only twice the same image, but not the two camera and third the image of the selected camera.

    Hmmm, that sounds like Multi-Camera is not enabled in the Timeline. If you right-click the nested Sequence in the Timeline panel, then select Multi-Camera, is Enable not checked? When Enable is checked, that should enable the multiple camera views in the Program Monitor.
