My 10-bit HEVC footage is being distorted during playback in Premiere Pro 24

I've been having this bug with no solution where my footage gets stretched and all the colors seperate in playback, both in program and source windows. I've tried clearing cache, re-installing, rebooting and nothing seems to work. 

I added MP4 8-bit drone shots onto the same timeline and the video played out just fine, but for some reason all of my 10-bit HEVC MP4's are awful.

Anyone else run into this?
