Need older Premiere and After Effects Installers!

Hello,

I am on MacOS Catalina and I would like to use Premiere Pro and After Effects, but I can't download them. It used to let you obtain and older version, but now it just says "System Incompatible". I can't update my MacOS, and I am fine with using the older versions. Can anbody please provide me with the offline installers?
