No sound after 48 hours of rendering Adobe Premiere

Dear Adobe Team

I could not find a way to make an official complaint, therefore I am it posting here:

After almost 48h of rendering in Adobe Premiere Pro the video produced does not include the sound from the embedded Adobe After Effects clips.

I would like to know what do you propose to compensate the cost of the electricity as clearly this is an Adobe software issue perhaps with a dynamic link protocol (which I had learner later from the Adobe community forum)

Both Premiere Pro and AfterEffects are highly complex, complicated applications used on their own. As in, these are designed to be used in professional workflows. Where the users typically do not want the apps to auto-do-everything.

Which means that there is a long and very steep learning curve to use either app. That's just the way it has to be. And it's up to the user to learn how to use them. We more experienced users have all been through this long and at times painful learning process.

So we do understand the feeling of frustration. We still get that quite often, as there are so many parts to both apps no matter your level of experience, you will still run into areas where you are totally puzzled.

You set out to do something using both apps together, which is even more demanding in knowledge and experience than using either alone. That was your choice, and you may well have not understood the minefield you stepped into.

But with over a decade of daily work in Premiere, with frequent side-trips into Ae, I still consider myself a near total noob in Ae work, especially dynamic link comps.

So welcome to the Real World of pro video post processing computing! There are many on this forum who will be happy to volunteer their time to ease your progress into working in Premiere.

And there is also the AfterEffects forum, with some awesome users that also volunteer their time to help others.

But you do have a bit of a slog ahead of you to get more comfortable with the processes. Been there, done that ... over and over and over ...

Everyone's mileage always varies ...

What do you mean "ridiculus" about exporting for 48 hours ?

Whatever option I am using (of course Audio is always included) does not matter here

What matters is that Adobe premiere has a bug and does not even playback embeded AE clips.

You have to edit the clip in AE for example change audio gain, close both apps and then maybe it works in Adobe Premiere. The problem is that I did not know about this bug and it cost me money to export wihtout all audio tracks. I want someone (not you) to compensate me for the money loss.

Hi there! Sorry about the issue. Which version of both applications are you using? Does it happen with a specific project?

Let us know.

Thanks,

KR

I assume you mean exporting? 48 hours seems a bit ridiculous to me.

Post screenshot export settings and full comp specs.
