Ongoing MOGRT Issues

I'm having a really frustrating experience trying to utilize MOGRTs in Premiere. I'm encountering a number of different issues, so bear with me.

For starters:

macOS Venrura 13.2

Adobe Premiere Pro 23.2.0 (Build 69)

Macbook Pro 16-inch, 2019

2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9

64GB 2667 MHz DDR4

AMD Radeon Pro 5600M 8GB

Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536MB

1.) I am still unable to download and drag-and-drop mogrts to my timeline from the Adobe Stock side of the Essential Graphics panel. Each time I do so, it generates an error, which I've previously detailed here. None of the recent version updates have changed this. My current workaround for this is to search for the same MOGRT on the Adobe Stock website. But this leads me to my next hurdles and oddities...

2.) When I select "License" on the Stock website, it downloads a local version of the .mogrt file. It also automatically syncs with my Libraries and saves a version there - or in whichever subfolder of my Libraries I select. EXCEPT, these MOGRTs don't always sync properly. When I check my Libraries panel inside of Premiere, I get MOGRTs that indicate they are not supported by Premiere. HUH?? If I click on the "warning ⚠️" icon, they attempt to redownload (as seen with the lower highlighted thumbnail), go through the motion by tallying the download percent, but still ultimately fail.

Still, others don't present the "warning ⚠️" icon at all and appear to be successfully downloaded and synced, but they are then blocked from being dragged down to my timeline. Refer to the "MOGRT Blocked by Timeline" video file I've attached to this post.

The good news is that I can manually import this .mogrt file into the Essential Graphics panel. HOWEVER, for whatever reason, when I do this, I'll often get duplicates of these MOGRTs in my EG panel. Additionally, only some will give me a preview of the MOGRT while others are just a thumbnail image.

3.) I've also noticed a recurring theme with the Libraries panel in Premiere, where the cloud icon in the lower left will indicate "unable to connect to server" when attempting to sync and import new MOGRTs.

So many things that make it difficult to remain productive and creative. Truthfully, there's probably more I'm forgetting, but I'll start here. I hope this all makes sense - and that there are solutions to each of these. Thanks in advance to anyone who contributes and offers insight.
