Only certain projects are lagging in premiere pro

I've been using premiere pro for a long time now, and I recently had one of my projects have extremely laggy playback after 2 seconds or so, this only happens for one of my projects and when I create new ones there is no issue. How can I fix this?

    Still didn't work, the first part of the project is fine but the second half is laggy.

      Make new project and import the old project.
