Operating system - macOS 12.6
System Info: CPU, GPU, RAM, HD:

  3.3 GHz 12-Core Intel Xeon W
- GPU and Driver Version
  AMD Radeon PRO W6800X 32 GB
- RAM
  48 GB 2933 MHz DDR4
- Hard Drive
  APPLE SSD AP2048N
Video format: ARRI CINEMA, 1920X1080, 25fps
Workflow details: Sequence with many nested sequences building a 1 hr. program
Steps to reproduce - 1. Copy a template to begin a project (template has the preference active). 2. After noticing audio scrubbing is off, go to Premiere Pro > Preferences, 3. Find the audio preference window, 4. Check the Play Audio while Scrubbing preference
Expected result - What should have happened after the last step? That the preference persists every time the project is opened.
Actual result - What did happen after the previous step? The preference deactivates randomly when opening the project for a new session.
