Playback is choppy when audio hardware > default input is set to microphone

Happy sixth birthday to this bug!

There must be hundreds of thousands of people out there who think they have a slow machine, when they just have to go into preferences > audio hardware and change default input to 'no input', for their video to playback smoothly

It's embarassing to Adobe as a company this bug hasn't been fixed... lucklily Adobe cannot be embarassed as it not a person but a faceless bloated monopoly squatting on intellectual property
