poor Performance Mac Studio m2 Ultra Premiere Pro 24.0

Question

Hi,
 
I have several issues with my pretty brandnew mac studio M2 Ultra 128GB, SSD 2TB, Sonoma, 1 Eizo CG24", 1 Eizo CG22".
I now work on a project with mxf-footage, and I try to get rid of noise in AE.
Rendering a sequenz of less than 6 minutes with 3 couple-of-second-clips, which where edited in AE took > 20 (!) minutes now.
As to see in the attachment the %CPU is hight, but the overall workload isn't. The Studios fan isn't even "running".
Does anyone have a hint? thx in advance,

Update -Sorry for my English:"As I work with mxf-footage from Canon R5C, I work in AE to get some noise removed." should better be:"I now work on a project with mxf-footage, and I try to get rid of noise in AE."And whenever I render and replace a clip in Premiere after working in AE 2024 on it, I have to wait for ages... thx, cheers, Ben
