PP2024 - the Transcribe engine goes offline for no reason

Everytime during my edits at random moments with random footage Premiere Pro 2024.1 Transcribe engine just goes offline leaving the whole transcribed material as N\A

It may go online again sometime later and may NOT until I restart the software.

The video has no effects or anything that could possibly influence PP's behavior - just the raw footage to be cut on the timeline or inserted there via the Transcribe tab.
