PR 23.3-23-6 BUG: Autsowitching panels after inserting files

my Premiere has a Bug and my workflow is suffering.

Everytime I add a new file to my timeline while I have the effects panel openend it switches to the project panel and highlights the new inserted file in the filebrowser.

so everytime I have to click back to the effects panel. Its so annoying and appears on 23.3 - 23.6.

what can I do?

Yes, it's known and is fixed in the Beta version of Premiere Pro. If you're interested, I recommend you try the Beta first with an example project. See if the issue is no longer happening and also make sure everything else (hardware, plugins, etc) you may have is also working. While we do our best to keep the Betas stable, it is possible you may encounter other issues.

so this is a known error and i am fine with the use of the beta instead?

@dans30269445 I'm sorry this is happening. Good news: we have a fix coming. If you're up for trying Premiere Pro Beta it is already fixed there. Since the Beta is currently version 24.1, if you open an existing 23.6 project you will need to upgrade it.
