Premier pro and after effect usage bug with M2 Mac

Hello, I have a macbook M2 Max, 32Gb and working with latest versions of premier pro 24.0 and after effects 24.01 , I am unable to do rendering of morph cuts and other simple effects in premier pro, render just stalls and freezes, I am unable to do rotoscoping in after effects and to sync its workflow with premier pro.

Please help me. Having the latest version of everything in 2023 and not being able to edit a simple video, is very frustrating and costly. 

What should I do?

Hi there!

Sorry about the trouble. Does it happen with a specific project? Do you have any third party effects in your project? Have you already tried deleting cache files?
