Premier pro freezez everytime I open existing project and click something

I Tried to open a project
the projct did not open properly with some windows and panels missing upon clicking smething the panels and window appears, and trying to unmute the existing muted audio it does not respond if I click to unmute. restarted program several times but the same issue happens again and again.

If you're getting Premiere opening with some panels not looking quite right, you can try resetting Premiere preferences. This usually helps.

It may be a bad project. Try opening a new project and add some clips to it and see how that goes. Also, PP has a 'feature' that saves your workspace in the project. It could be that, so, turn that off. Let us know where that leaves you.
