Premier Pro v24.1 on Start Up Is Not Responding - Mac User Sonoma 14.3

On start up everything loads. When Premier Pro gets to finishing plugins, it finishes loading them and then stalls into 'not responding.' Can't open the premier pro app. 

 

Actions I've taken: 

1. Uninstalled and reinstall Premier Pro 24.1

2. Use an older version of Premier Pro 

3. Restarted preferences, elminate third party plugins, and removed all caches 

4. Restarted Mac 

5. Shut down Mac 

6. Update Mac software
