Premiere Preview doesn't work after Update

After updating to Premiere Pro (24.2.1), the preview window is very unreliable, even at the lowest settings.
It always opens briefly when the program starts and then the preview is black.

I have freshly installed the following driver:
NVIDIA 531.41-desktop-win10-win-64bit-international-dch-whql

System: HP ProBook 450 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC
10 cores Intel i7 13th generation

Export works fine. Can anyone help, please?
