Premiere Pro 24.4.1. - Can't Select Audio Fade Handles - Default Size of Tracks Too Large

- I cannot properly select/move audio clips that have fade handles over the entirety of their length

- Audio clips with fade handles can't be stretched with the rate adjustment tool on the side of a fade

- The size of timeline tracks is weirdly large now? I would like to change their default size back to a smaller one
