Premiere Pro 24 crashes on startup when eGPU not plugged in

I have the creative cloud license, and Premiere Pro 24.1 installed. I am using a Surface Laptop Studio and usually have an eGPU plugged in. Its a Razer Core X Chroma with a Nvidia 3060ti. I have both Nvidia and Intel drivers installed on my computer.

When the eGPU is plugged in, the software works fine, using the GPU for acceleration and everything. The problem arises when I dont have the computer doced to the eGPU. When I open Premiere, and a few other Adobe products,  itwill open to the splash screen and crash. 

I think it's the same issue from this post because I have Nvidia drivers but no Nvidia GPU plugged in. But I cant just uninstall the drivers like in that instance.
