Premiere Pro Beta (24.0) fails to properly load synced Preferences or Profile Settings

Subject says it all. Attempted to both sync up and then down from non-beta Premiere 24.0 and by pushing all files from the "Profile" folders under ~iCloud/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro — neither would properly bring over my custom Preferences, specifically the Label Colors. Can't use Premiere Beta without the Label colors being carried over, so it's unfortunately a non-starter. Please fix.
