Premiere Pro doesn't open a project file on Windows, but it does on Mac....

There is always a problem....I have a project I want to open from home on my Windows, it is sync between my office Mac and my personal Windows PC through the Adobe Cloud, I tried to open it with the newest version of Premiere on Windows and it starts to load the project but it never finishes.

It's a very simple project.

If I remote my office Mac and try to open it works immediately.

I uninstalled and reinstalle Premiere and it didn't work.

I now installed an older version 23.6.5 and it wasn't opening it, but now while writing, after like 20min of loading it finally opened it...
