Premiere pro keeps crashing when using text to edit feature. Any way to fix this?

My screen will either freeze, start to show green through out the screen or completely stop with what look like white noise plastered on my screen. Thoughts, suggestions?

    Hey josuecampos,

    This shouldn't be happening! Please let us know which version of Premiere Pro you're working on (Help > About Premiere Pro). If you're on a Windows system with a dedicated graphics card, please check if your drivers are up to date. Outdated or corrupted GPU drivers can cause similar issues. Please also share your system specifications (OS, OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM).
