Premiere Pro clip markers are stored in the metadata, I think, and Automation Blocks for Ae cannot read metadata, unfortunately. But you should be able to create
1. an Automation Blocks tool for Premiere Pro, which exports markers to a spreadsheet (modify the existing "Export Markers to Spreadsheet" tool to export clip markers instead of sequence markers)
2. an Automation Blocks tool for After Effects, which imports the markers from the spreadsheet. In Ae markers are handled just as any other keyframed properties - the Community library contains some examples showing how to work with markers in the section "Layer Properties/Markers".
So it should be doable, but takes some effort to implement.
@Ann Bens: I think this is a very good place to discuss Automation Blocks questions and I encourage AB users to post their questions here. Every Automation Blocks question is related to Premiere Pro or After Effects directly. The After Effects forum even has a tag to mark scripting questions and Automation Blocks is just another way to solve scripting tasks in Ae and Pr.
