Question

Premiere Pro messes up my video on a simple trim.

So what exactly is Premiere Pro doing to my video (5472x3078, 29.97 fps, h.264, on an Air 2s drone) that messes it up. It plays perfectly fine on Windows standard photo/video viewer. Then i bring it into Premier Pro, drag the clip into the sequence window to create a sequence, where it also plays perfectly fine and smooth within Pro. I simply trim the video and export it, and then it lags or is frozen upon playing in Windows again. The sequence settings had matched the video in Pro and everything. It played great before in windows, great while IN Premiere Pro, then was messed up after export. From what i could see, i changed no resolution, codec, etc., just did a simple trim on a single clip. What gives???

Premiere Pro version 24.1.0 (Build 85)

The clip exceeds the maximum file size to post.

Go for a more traditional setting> Such as UDH or 1080p and drop the bitrate.

Your memory should be at least 64 gig to handle such resolution.

What device are you intending on playing the file.

I have a a smaller DJI drone and have no issues with Premiere Pro.  Would you post a clip I can download and try?

Might want to convert the clip to an edit friendly codec and make sure it had constant framerate and not variable framerate.

Please post comp specs, Premiere version and build, MediaInfo info in Treeview on footage used, sequence settings and export settings.
