1. check specifications 
2. change network (wired to hotspot)
3. delete OOBE
4. delete credentials
5. delete OPERATING CONFIGS
Proceed with Remote Support
1. register a new user
2. Uninstall and reinstall programs using Cleaner Tool
3. resetting preferences
4. uninstall and reinstall CCDA
Unable to synchronize due to 510 error on another PC.
