Premiere Pro unable to export do to a clip effect?

Hello! I have been working on a personal project for the last 2 weeks. Ive been attempting to capture a vintage film look in my grade with Chromatic Aberration (Color shift), Grain (noise effect), and a glowy look on highlights made with duplicated clips and bluring out the highlights.

For some odd reason, I am unable to export this project via Premiere Pro Export or Media Encoder. Ive attempted to use multiple codecs and different bitrates while ensuring I have the free SSD storage.

I am only able to get a succesful render when I remove the glow effects I created so I figure the encode simply doesnt know what to do with them. Is there any way to "dumb down" or render that effect before exporting so that I can keep the effect?

I apologize if this is a lot of information and question, I only have 2 ish years under my belt as an editor and I'm eager to learn more.

Sys Info:
Core i7 12700f
32gb ddr4 3200
RTX 4070 (studio 555.85)
well over a Tb of SSD storage
