Problem getting Light Equalizer plugin to open

I bought the Light Equalizer plugin from AEScripts. I installed it following the included instructions, which wanted me to use a ZXP installer. The installer says it is installed correctly. 

When I go to extensions, it shows it as available. However when I click on it, no window opens, which means no way to use it.

My other extension windows open fine. 

I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, Clearing cache, Checking permissions, turning off accelatration. 

Premire is up to date. 

I opened a ticket with AEScripts as I heard they have "great customer service" but no one has responded to my ticket in 22 days. 

Please help.
