Problems with playback speed

I am having problems with the playback speed being too fast and glitchy.

I've seen this issue before and the solution hasn't helped me. (https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/problems-with-playback-speed-too-fast-in-premiere-pro-imported-files-from-nikon-d4s-and-d810/td-p/7664598/page/2)

They tell you to change your audio hardware to "No input", but since I use my microphone all the time, it just isn't the best solution... I have both my audio input and output set to 48,000hz.

 

Is there any professional here knowing how to fix this issue?
