Getting the "Project could not be loaded, it may be damaged or contain outdated elements." error when trying to open a project. I click OK it says Adobe is running low on memory immediately after. I have 32gb RAM but my project file is massive because it's a feature length film containing a few sequences with around an hour each of 4K ProRes footage. I've saved previous versions of the file but now those won't open either. I've read the other threads with this same issue, tried the fixes and nothing has worked. Help!

Hi @Matthew311813189ebp,

I read your message. It sounds like you have a corrupt project with no auto saves or backup files. Sorry to hear that. One thing you can try is to create a new project and import the previous project into the new one. Are you able to open the project now? Let us know. Hope so!

Thanks,
Kevin
