Reset Default Panels - Premiere Pro

I am new to premiere and trying to learn it.  I have panels all over the place and panels open that I don't want.  I did the CRTL/ALT/SHIFT while starting up.  I did not see the list of your recent projects on the Welcome Screen.  But all my panels are all over the place still.  Any suggestions ?  I am running the latest version.

Thank you in advance,

Paul

I tried that and it didn't work either.  Can I uninstall and reinstall it ?  Or are the preferences saved somewhere ?

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

I must have saved the workspace because I tried that and it is still the same way.

Reset to Saved Layout will do just that, so never save over the default layouts.

The only way to restore the default layouts is to reset Preferences.
