Ripple delete works strangely

My "left" ripple delete started to cut about 4 frames after the spot I'm selecting, also I notcied that if I hold the hotkey, it keeps removing 4 frames, even if there is nothing to "ripple cut" towards, is this a setting? It only happens with the "left" one, and it is also the only shortcut that keeps triggering if I keep the keys pressed, the "right" one works perfectly fine.
