Slow-mo clips exported in 24fps....

Hi,

I am wondering the following.

Here is the situation :60fps clips that have been exported without speed change from a 24fps sequence.

Can you bring thos exported clips back into PP (I don't have the original source anymore) and can I slow them down to 40% to amke them slow-mo?
