Still using CS5.5 (Windows) Is there a way to turn off the auto scroll during playback?

I'm not sure 'auto-scroll' is even the right term. In some programs it's called 'follow'. When you hit playback, the sequence scrolls to follow playback. I want playback to commence in the program monitor, but I do -not- want the Sequence to move along in sync.

Possible?
