Sync settings doesn't work properly in Premiere Pro

I don't get the upload settings to creative cloud dialogue box option when i do "Sync settings now". I only can sync my settings with the defaulth settings from Adobe. Hereby i am not able to sync my personal settings with another computer, because i can't upload my personal settings to my adobe creative cloud first. (With personal settings i mean: Custom Layout, Shortcuts, Presets etc..)

Now i have to transfer all my settings manually and that's very time consuming. So i hope Adobe will fix this problem soon, because i think there are many people with the same issue. (After i sync my settings with the defaulth settings of Adobe, i get the dialogue box with the upload/download option; But not with my own settings active)

Yea me too, I seem to have a defective set of settings on creative cloud, and even when I manually get rid of my settins from the Adobe folder, Premiere just re-downlowds them every time I restart premiere. I am on Mac Ventura 13.3.1 (a) with Premiere Pro 23.4 And I have my sync settings set to Ask Me, but it never asks me.

And after wiping my settings as many times as I can and deleting all custom workspaces, it will only try to download my settings, but is giving me a Syncing failed with error code -516 error.

Is there a way to manually wipe the sync settings on creative cloud?
