Text from 16:9 in 9:16 gets cut in the middle of the screen

When I reframe a timeline, the text gets cut because of the older resolution. That wasnt a problem in older versions of Premiere. I do not have a solution to bypass this problem. I cant change the resolution on the text vector, or unmask. I am writing this in anger! I hate this software so much! I hate Adobe, but I have to work.
