the project appears to be damaged it cannot be opened

This project of mine is giving the error "the project appears to be damaged it cannot be opened."
My auto save was not enabled.
And this is very critical.
I am extremely worried and very, very stressed out.
I would appreciate any guidance.

Try to create a brand new project and then try to import the project file you have issues with into the new project. Sometimes this do the trick.
