There is no way to set Source Range to all of the exported clips in Media Encoder??

I have to do all of the clips to Source Range: Clips In/Out manually. I should be able to paste it on all of the clips there to do that.

There is also no way to set the Source Range when you select multiple clips on the Project to Export.

so making them nested works but is there an easier way??
I have to drag all of them to the timeline to nest, run a macro, delete everything in the timeline then select all and export in the project. It should be simpler. Please have AI do this for us.
