Timeline out of sync when changing machine

Hello, 

I don't know if anyone has com across this before/ can shed some light on the issue. 

I have a premiere project that I've started in one place and then have tried to work on it on a second machine. When I open it on the second machine the clip lengths are all the same but it's like the in and out points have been changed dramatically. 

The project and the file structure where the rushes and everything for the project are exactly the same in both locations and are infact a carbon copy of each other. I have exactly the same setup in both locations too. 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, I've deleted render cache associated with the project and any temporary render files too.
