Transcription Tool: Export to text file creates empty lines

Hey everyone,

I recently noticed some strange behavior in Premiere's transcription tool:
If I create a static transcript from my sequence and then export it for correction (via Export -> Export to text file), Premiere inserts empty lines during import (Import -> Import corrected transcript), which then cause strange characters in the subtitle.

For example: If I export a transcript and import it again without making any changes, e.g. in other software or in the Windows text editor, I get incorrect symbols in the subtitle.

If I combine the entire transcript as one text block and then export it, the characters only appear at the end of the clip. I therefore suspect it has something to do with the wrapping in the text file that Premiere does after a paragraph. There are usually two empty lines that are generated and therefore also two incorrect symbols in the subtitle.

This is the transcript:

And this is how the subtitles look like:

See my bug report:

I thought this was fixed, but it is not. I added an update and comment to the bug report.

I describe a workaround there.
