Version 24.1.0 BETA (Build 54) File Import Failure

Not sure why this happened, but I got the above error when importing several files of the same codec/specs, but the file that was the largest (5.2GB) showed "The file has an unsupported compression type" error. I opened the same files in Premiere Pro 2023 Version 23.4.0 (Build 56)--no error--files import and play fine. 

I just wanted to let you all know.

The Beta version has a feedback button that will copy your system information and exact Beta build version to paste in your report. See my post here starting with "I recommend reporting Beta bugs...."

    First , this should be posted on the public beta forum so maybe a mid can move it.

     

    Second, basic troubleshooting 101 ... we need your OS, the media details, including what created it. At the very least.
