Video Clips Out Of Sync After Closing And Reopening Project

Hello, I am facing a very serious problem and I need help urgently.

 

When I save the project, close it and open it, the audio files of some clips become out of sync, and there are so many of them that I have to fix them one by one every time I start a new project. Moreover, there are corruptions even within the Nested Sequences. I have to look at all my Nested Sequences one by one. How can I fix this error?

I tried installing previous versions, unfortunately it didn't work.
