Video doesn't work after export

Video plays and works fine in Premiere Pro itself. I try exporting and it has no issues exporting but when i try to open the exported file it doesn't play at all and I can't upload either. The only thing I can think of is I recenetly downloaded audio software for my audio card and Premiere made me change the audio hardwares settings. I also tried unistalling this software but it didnt help. Videos I have exported in the past still work fine when opening in media players or trying to upload.
