when I queue something in media encoder, its stuck on ready again

when I queue something in media encoder, its stuck on ready..... again. yes this same problem was raised and fixed months ago.just sits there and doesnt encode my file that i had in premiere and queued in media encoder. yes i have "import sequences natively" checkmarked in media encoder settings. MEdia Encoder 23.6 build 62.

I went to an earlier solution from months ago where you uncheck "import sequences natively". That seemed to produce results. puzzling that theres no delete button to delete ones own post.
